Information we collect
When you request a booking, we collect the details needed to review and fulfil it: name, email, phone number, event date, package, delivery address, postal code, delivery preferences, and notes. Payment card details are entered directly with Stripe; KaraokeBox does not receive or store full card numbers.
How we use it
We use booking information to assess availability, communicate about your request, coordinate delivery and pickup, process payment authorizations, prevent fraud, provide support, and meet legal or accounting obligations. A booking request is reviewed manually before it is confirmed.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Necessary technology is used to operate the website and preserve your privacy choice. If you accept, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement, and Umami may measure page visits and actions such as booking progress or click-to-call. Booking contact details are not sent to Google Analytics. Google Ads Enhanced Conversions, if enabled in Google Tag Manager, must only receive hashed identifiers under your consent choice.
Service providers
We use service providers that process information on our behalf, including Stripe for payments, Google Maps for address and delivery-distance calculations, Google for optional measurement, and Resend for booking-received email when that service is enabled. They process data under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.
Retention and your choices
We retain booking records only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the booking, handle disputes, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. You may ask about the personal information we hold, request a correction, or withdraw optional analytics consent at any time.
